Hi, I’m Grace Varney,
I’m a holistic wellness coach supporting women and mums with nutrition, mindset and nervous system regulation in a way that feels realistic, compassionate and sustainable.
I offer a calm, supportive space where we can work together towards greater clarity, confidence and wellbeing – without pressure, perfection or rigid plans.
My approach
I take a holistic, mind-body approach to wellness, combining evidence-based nutrition with coaching, mindfulness, breathwork and lifestyle support to help you feel healthier and more like yourself again.

Is this just about weight loss?
No – my approach goes beyond weight. We focus on your habits, mindset and overall wellbeing, with the goal of helping you feel healthier, more confident and more like yourself.
Will I be given a strict meal plan?
No, I don’t believe in rigid plans or restrictions. Instead, I help build flexible, realistic habits that fit into your life and feel sustainable long-term.
What if I've tried everything before?
